What is NFC juice?
NFC stands for Not From Concentrate. Juice like this is pressed directly from fresh fruit. It is not concentrated and then diluted back with water, so it keeps the natural taste, aroma and character of apricots. After pressing, the juice is pasteurised.
A box that makes life easier
A bag-in-box is a sealed bag inside a sturdy carton. The tap lets you pour exactly as much as you need — a single glass or a jug for guests — with no decanting and no heavy glass bottles to carry. Three litres make twelve 250 ml glasses.
Before you pour
Shake the box. A natural sediment may settle at the bottom — it is fruit particles, not a defect. Best served chilled.
